The Shoulders I Stand On
A tribute to the institutions and mentors who shaped my journey and inspired my path in aging research.

ABOUT
I am a resilient scholar driven by a multidisciplinary background and a deep passion for improving the lives of older adults. Currently, I am a Master student in Aging and Family Science at Mount Saint Vincent University and a research assistant working for the Atlantic Research Collaboration on Long-Term Care in Nova Scotia Center on Aging.
My thesis focuses on the quality of work life and mental well-being among care aides of long-term care homes in Atlantic Canada. I also did research in Emotional Labor of care provider and Global Care Chains.
By specializing in data analysis and visualization, I aim to uncover insights that can directly enhance the well-being of both caregivers and residents across Atlantic Canada’s care facilities.
