about

ABOUT

I am a resilient scholar driven by a multidisciplinary background and a deep passion for improving the lives of older adults. Currently, I am a Master’s candidate in Family Studies and Gerontology at Mount Saint Vincent University and a research assistant with the Atlantic Research Collaboration on Long-Term Care.

My research focuses on the quality of work life among staff in long-term care settings. By specializing in data analysis and visualization, I aim to uncover insights that can directly enhance the well-being of both caregivers and residents across Atlantic Canada’s care facilities.
